Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I change my email address?

Go to your profile settings inside the app and update your email under Account Details.

I'm not receiving notifications — what should I do?

Check that notifications are enabled for Vicus in your device settings. You can also manage notification preferences inside the app under Settings → Notifications.

Something isn't working as expected — how do I report a bug?

Email us at support@vicus-app.com with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot. We investigate every report.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app:

  1. Open the app and go to Profile → Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

If you're unable to access the app, email us at support@vicus-app.com and we will delete your account manually within 30 days.
